摘要
从工商人类学视角出发,通过对萨满巫师与组织文化管理者的比较,以及空间设置对组织文化的影响等方面的研究,详细解释管理者及其设置管理方案对组织文化变迁的干预,并从理论与实践2个层面分析管理顾问与工商人类学家的区别。工商人类学家在组织文化变革方案制定和实施中起到的作用,对方案取得积极成果至关重要。运用工商人类学的优化干预策略,在对组织文化研究的同时也会改变组织文化。
This paper compares the Saman preacher and the manager of organizational culture from an anthropological perspective to probe the impacts of spatial structural factors on organizational cul- ture and interprets relationship between managers' planned intervention and organizational culture change in details. Additionally, it illustrates the theoretical explanation and practical demonstration of differences between common management consultants and anthropologists. Finally, it convinces man- agers that anthropologists can play an indispensable role to effectively facilitate the organizational cul- ture-changing program.
