摘要 改进前,液压支架操纵阀保护装置工序繁多,生产制作复杂,在井下操作困难,安全系数低。改进后,在一边支座板的伸出头做1个偏心的沟槽,另一边支座板焊上1段钢管,然后用1根圆钢穿过该钢管并折成1个长环代替保护板。当阀柄不动作时,把圆钢环稍稍偏侧挂到支座板的伸出沟槽中;当阀柄动作时,把圆钢环从沟槽中取下,这样就不用磁铁了。该设计不但制作工艺简单,而且工人在井下操作方便快捷,安全系数高,通用性强,赢得了各个矿山使用单位的一致好评。 Production of our company of hydraulic support control valve protection process was various processes, trouble producing, and low safety factor. Through the improvement, a plate stretch was made out of an eccentric groove, the other plate was welded on a steel pipe, and then a round steel was put through the tube into a long ring to replace the protection board. When the valve handle was not in action, protection ring was slightly to the side on the bearing plate out of the groove, when handle moved, the round steel ring was removed from the trench, so did not need magnet at the moment. The design is not only simple manufacturing process, but also is convenient for underground workers operation with high safety coefficient and strong commonality, each mining units gave it consistent high praises.
