摘要
本论文主要是设计一体成型的滚动轴承三维模型,设计从产品的结构出发,利用三维绘图软件PRO/E绘制其三维模型,通过快速成型软件Aurora分层并进行实体打印。论文从快速成型技术发展出发,层层深入讲述此技术。最后通过快速成型打印机进行打印。论文意在表明快速成型技术能缩短研制周期。
This paper is about a three-dimensional model of rolling bearings forming an integrated design , which starts from the structure of products, renders the 3D model by using PRO/E software, stratifies and prints through rapid prototyping software Aurora . Through development of rapid prototyping technology , this paper talked about this technology in detail and also was printed through rapid prototyping printer . This paper is intended to show the rapid prototyping technology can shorten the development cycle .
