摘要
HAP是良好的骨替代材料,锶的加入能够提高HAP的力学性能、降解性能。以磷酸氢二铵、硝酸钙、硝酸锶在94℃的恒温下制备几种含锶量不同的Sr-HAP。通过SEM、XRD和EDS对其进行分析,结果表明:锶可以掺入羟基磷灰石中形成掺锶羟基磷灰石晶须。
Hydroxyapatite is well used as bone repair materials. Mechanical property as well as degradation property can be further inmproved with Sr addition in the HAP eristal. Strontium-doped hydroxyapatite whiskers with different con- tent of Sr were prepared with diammonium phosphate, calcium nitrate and strontium nitrate at 94 ℃. The whiskers were characterized by SEM, XRD and EDS. It indicated that strontium can be doped in hydroxyapatite with proper process and strontium-doped hydroxyapatite whiskers were produced successfully.
