摘要
目的探讨血管生成素2(Ang-2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与T2DM合并大血管病变(MCV)的关系。方法用ELISA测定40例MCV、32例T2DM无大血管病变(Non-MCV)及30名正常者对照者(NC)Ang-2和血清VEGF的水平。结果 MCV组Ang-2及血清VEGF水平高于NonMCV、NC组(P<0.05或<0.01),Non-MCV组高于NC组(P<0.05)。3组间Tie-2受体水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MCV组Ang-2与VEGF及FIns呈正相关(r分别为0.524、0.404,P<0.05或<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,HbA1c、Ang-2、糖尿病病程、VEGF与MCV独立相关。结论血清Ang-2及VEGF表达水平与MCV相关,Ang-2协同VEGF在MCV发生发展中可能起重要作用。
Objective To study the possible association of angiopoietin 2 (Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) with the pathogenesis of macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetes(T2DM). i Methods Serum levels of Ang-2 and VEGF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 40 cases with T2DM and macrovascular complications (MCV), 32 cases without macroangiopathy (Non- MCV), and 30 healthy control subjects(NC). Results Serum levels (median) of Ang-2 and VEGF were significantly higher in MCV group than in Non-MCV and NC groups (Ang-2: 4. 62 vs 2.85 ng/mt and 1.89 ng/ml, P〈0. 01; VEGF: 297.5 vs 181.4 pg/ml and 96.1 pg/ml, P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01, respectively; Ang-2 and VEGF level were higher in Non-MCV than in NC group, P〈0. 05. There was no statistical significance in differences of Tie-2 among the three groups. In MCV group, Spearman correlation analysis indicated that Ang-2 was positiveiy correlated with VEGF, Tie-2, and Fins levels(r= 0. 524, 0. 404, P〈 0. 01,P〈0. 05, respectively). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HbA1 c, Ang-2, the duration of diabetes and VEGF were significantly associated with the development of macro-angiopathy in T2DM independently. Conclusion Serum levels of angiopoietin-2 and VEGF are associated with initiation and progression of T2DM macro-angiopathy, and meanwhile, Ang-2 together with VEGF possibly play an important role in the pathological course of atherosclerosis.
