丝绸之路经济带是在古丝绸之路影响深远、大国丝绸之路战略竞争激烈、亚欧国家合作日益密切的背景下提出的亚欧大陆带状经济合作构想。它从空间范围上可分为核心区、扩展区和辐射区三个层次。围绕丝绸之路经济带的国内起点及建设区域,相关城市和省份展开了激烈竞争。建设丝绸之路经济带,对于加强区域经济合作、促进世界经济发展、保障战略安全、推动经济重心西移、优化城市和人口布局具有重大意义。
The background of proposing Silk-road economic belt is including the following aspects. Ancient Silk-road has a far-reaching influence, and there is fierce competition in the Silk-road strategy for great powers, and the cooperation of Asian and European countries is growing closer. Silk-road economic belt includes core area, expansion area and radiation area. Around the starting point and construction area of silk-road economic belt, the relevant cities and provinces are in fierce competition. Constructing the silk-road economic belt is of great significance, such as strengthening regional economic cooperation, accelerating world economic development, ensuring the security of China＇s national strategy, and pushing the centre of China＇s economic gravity to shift to the west, and optimizing China＇s layout of city and population.
