摘要
为建立产品遗传属性,明确产品基因、造型、意向三者的映射关系,推理了产品造型基因意象的数学模型。运用感性工程技术将企业员工、设计师、消费者对产品的基因认知因素量化。提取设计方案做样本进行实验,应用因子分析、聚类分析、多元尺度等统计学分析方法对实验数据进行处理,建立了产品基因意向三维认知空间,分析了产品基因的主要影响因子,用模糊集的数学方法,推理了产品造型基因意向模型,通过实例对模型进行了验证。
In order to establish product genetic attributes and determine projection relationship among gene,modeling and intention, the mathematics model of product appearance gene intention is deduced. By using kansei engineering, the gene cognitive fac- tors to product from employee,designers and customers are quanti- fied. One of design schemes is selected to carry out experiments, then factor analysis,cluster analysis,multidimensional scaling and other statistical methods are used to process experimental data, af- ter that,the 3D cognitive space with product gene intention is es- tablished. At the ~me time,the main influence factors are analyzed, also the model of product gene intention is deduced by ap- plying fuzzy mathematics,finally,the model is certified throuth practical case.
