摘要
采用S/2d3f对照)和S/2d3+ET2%Ga2(2)6/y(刺激)2种割制对PR107第3割龄胶树割胶,分析株次产量和胶乳生理参数的季节变化。结果表明:开割第1个月(未施乙烯利),2种割制株次干胶产量(RY)、胶乳转化酶最适活性(Vmax)、蔗糖含量(Suc)、无机磷含量(成)、硫醇含量(R—SH)、pH值递增,总同形物含量(TSC)递减。在5~11月(包含6个刺激周期).对照割制RY基本稳定,刺激割制RY周期性变化:刺激后第1、第2刀RY递增,第5、第8刀RY递减。在7~9月(第2蓬叶稳定后),2种割制Vmax、pH值均较高。对照割制TSC在7月中旬至8月中旬超过40%.在9月上旬至11月上旬稳定在35%~36%:刺激割制佰C在6月上旬至11月上旬基本稳定在33%。35%。2种割制Pi和R—SH在5~12月呈上升趋势。与对照割制相比,刺激割制Vmax、pH值、R、R—SH较高,TSC、Suc较低。刺激割制年株产干胶3.21奴,比对照割制高22.6%,树围生长量比对照割制低0.28cm.割线死皮率比对照割制高1%,显示刺激割制的一些副作用。
This study was to analyze the seasonal variations of rubber yield and latex physiological parameters in PR107 rubber trees exploited in the 3rd tapping year by S/2 d3 (control) and S/2 d3+ET2% Ga2(2)6/y (stimulated) systems. The results showed that in the first tapping month (no stimulation), in both control and stinmlated systems, rubber yield per tapping per tree (RY), latex invertase potential activity (V,,,~), sucrose content (Sue), inorganic phosphorus content (P/), thiol content (R-SH) and pH increased progressively, and total solids content (TSC) decreased progressively. In the period of May to November (including 6 stimulation period), RY in control system shifted slightly, while RY in stimulated system shifted sharply and periodically. In every stimulation period, RY of the 1st and 2nd tapping after stimulation increased sharply, and RY of the 5th and 8th tapping decreased rapidly. In the period of July to September when the 2nd foliation ended, latex V,~ and pH were relatively higher in both tapping systems. In control system, TSC raised up to above 40% in the period of middle July to middle August, and stayed in the range of 35%-36% in the period of September to early November. While in stimulation system, TSC stayed in the range of 33%-35% in the period of June to early November. Latex Pi and R-SH both increased progressively in control and stimulation systems. As compared with control system, stimulation system showed high latex V,~, pH, P/, R-SH and low TSC and Suc. Rubber yield per tree per year was 3.21 kg in stimulation system, which was 22.6% higher than that in control. AS compared with control system, stimulation system showed less girth upgrowth and higher rate of tapping panel dryness, which suggested some negative effects of stimulation system.
