摘要
探讨了用近红外漫反射光谱快速无损检测方便面含油率的可行性 ,分别采用漫反射光谱的一阶导数、二阶导数 ,按两种入选波数准则进行向前逐步回归分析 ,得出 4个定标方程 ,方程的复相关系数均大于 0 .94,与标准化学分析 (GB9848— 88)相比 ,在用第二种入选波数准则情况下 ,训练集的平均相对误差小于 3.75 %。结果表明 ,近红外漫反射光谱分析法能满足实际生产中方便面含油率测定的需要。
The feasibility of near infrared reflection spectroscopy (NIRDRS) in nondestructively and quickly inspecting oil content of instant noodles was discussed. The oil content of instant noodles has many special absorption peaks from 10 000 cm -1 to 3 500 cm -1 in NIRDRS spectrum. A similar linear relationship between the NIRDRS absorbance and the samples oil content was observed. So the initial data were treated by the first and second derivatives and four calibration equations were obtained using fore selection regressions based on the two rules, that is, the maximum correlation coefficient of calibration equation and the minimum average error of training group. All the four multiple correlation coefficients were more than 0 94. Compared with the standard chemical analysis method (GB9848—88), the mean relative error was less than 3 75% and the standard error was less than 0 705 when using the predicted group minimum average error to select the wave length. The results showed that NIRDRS can meet the requirement of oil content inspection for instant noodles.
