The cause and the harm of static electric to polymer materials were introduced. The way to use antistatic agent and mechanism of the antistatic agent was discussed, and the research status on polyurethane material antistatic agents was described in detail. Adding antistatic agent, reactive antistatic agent in solving polyurethane antistatic property was focused on, and their respective characteristics were introduced. The development trend of polyurethane antistatic agents in the future was prospected.
