髁突软骨瘤疑似颞下颌关节陈旧性脱位的临床诊治观察

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Suspected Condylar Cartilage of Temporomandibular Joint Old Dislocation of the Observation

目的：总结归纳临床上诊断治疗疑似颞下颌关节陈旧性脱位的髁突软骨瘤的方法，为临床诊断治疗提供依据。方法：以我院自2010年2月-2013年2月收治的12例疑似为颞下颌关节陈旧性脱位，实则诊断为髁突软骨瘤的患者为研究对象，回顾研究此类疾病的临床诊断与治疗的方法。结果：对于髁突软骨瘤疑似颞下颌关节陈旧性脱位，诊断上主要通过病理学与影像学的方法，治疗时以外科手术为主，根据患者不同情况运用不同的手术方式。结论：因为颞下颌关节陈旧性脱位与髁突软骨瘤临床表现极为相似，在此对其诊断治疗方法进行总结归纳，以便日后对此疾病作出准确诊断，提供精确治疗。

Objective：To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of suspected induction temporomandibular joint dislocation old condylar cartilage tumors methods provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：In my hospital from February 2010-February 2013 were treated 12 cases of suspected old dislocation of the temporomandibular joint,but in reality condylar cartilage tumors diagnosed patients for the study,retrospective study with a clinical diagnosis of these diseases methods of treatment. Results：For the condylar cartilage tumors old suspected temporomandibular joint dislocation,mainly through pathology and diagnostic imaging methods,mainly with surgical treatment,patients with different situations according to the use of different surgical methods. Conclusion：Because the old dislocation temporomandibular joint condylar cartilage tumors with clinical manifestations are very similar,in its diagnosis and treatment methods summarized in order to make an accurate diagnosis of this disease in the future,to provide accurate treatment.
