摘要
目的:建立蓝参降脂咀嚼片最佳醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以总浸出物、总黄酮及大黄酚含量为指标进行多指标综合评价,通过考察乙醇浓度、加醇量、回流次数及回流时间4个因素,对蓝参降脂咀嚼片醇提工艺进行优化。结果:最佳工艺为用10倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,重复性好,可作为蓝参降脂咀嚼片醇提工艺。
Objective : To establish the optimal alcohol extraction process of Lanshen lipid-lowering chewable tablets. Methods: In the orthogonal design, the contents of total extract, total flavonoids and chrysophanol were used as the indicators, the alcohol concen- tration and volume, the number of reflux and reflux time were used as the influencing factors, and the alcohol extraction process of Lab- sben lipid-lowering chewable tablets was optimized by multi-index comprehensive evaluation. Results: The best process was as follows : reflux extraction three times with 60% ethanol, and each time with 10-fold ethanol volume and 2h extraction. Conclusion: The extrac- tion process is stable and reproducible, and can be used as the alcohol extraction process of Lanshen lipid-lowering chewable tablets.
