摘要
根据现代汽车电子系统V模式开发流程的需要,针对底层标定系统在不同硬件平台与不同电控单元开发过程中存在的扩展性与移植性差,效率较低等缺点,提出了基于Simulink的汽车电控单元标定工具箱的设计思路。依据功能分类构造底层标定系统的层次体系结构,结合Simulink的可视化环境,采用C MEX S函数构建标定工具箱。实际应用结果表明,所构建的工具箱能够快速有效地实现对汽车电控单元控制参数的在线标定及信号的实时测量。
According to the need of the V mode development process of modern automotive electronic,in order to solve the shortcomings of underlying calibration system such as poor scalability and portability,low efficiency in the development process between different hardware platforms and different electronic controlunit,the design of automotive electronic control calibration toolbox is proposed based on Simulink.Under powerful visual environment of Simulink,the functional classification method and C MEX S function are applied to construct the calibration toolbox which is based on hierarchical structure of underlying calibration system.The application results show that the toolbox can achieve the on-line calibration and the real-time measurement effectively and quickly.
