用成果导向教育理念引导高等工程教育教学改革 被引量:1306

Guiding the Reform of Higher Engineering Education with Result-oriented Educational Ideas

摘要 为了使我国高等工程教育更好地适应国家及经济社会发展需要,迎接新工业革命的挑战,需要我们更新教育理念,并以此引导和推动工程教育改革。成果导向教育作为一种先进的教育理念,在美国等一些国家已有了多年的理论与实践探索,至今已形成了一套比较完整的理论体系和实施模式,而且已证明是高等工程教育改革的正确方向。本文介绍了成果导向教育的基本思想及特点、实施原则及要点,并对成果导向教育和传统教育进行了对比。在此基础上,提出了基于成果导向教育的高等工程教育教学改革,应着力实现三个转变,即:从学科导向向目标导向转变、从教师中心向学生中心转变、从质量监控向持续改进转变。 In order to accommodate the development of the country and our society in the higher engineering education and facing the challenge of industrial revolution in the new era, we need to alter our teach- ing ideas and thus conduct and promote the engineering education reform in universities. Result-Ori- ented Education, an advanced teaching idea, has been put into practice in several countries such as in the United States. A set of integrated theoretical system and implementing mode has formed, and it is proved to be the right direction of higher engineering education reform. The thesis introduces the bas- ic components, features, implementing principles and key points of the result-oriented education and makes a comparison between the result-oriented education and traditional education. Accordingly, the author proposes that the result-oriented education reform of higher engineering education should focus on three conversions, namely, conversion from subject-oriented to target-oriented; from teacher-cen- tered to student-centered and from quality supervision to continuous improvement.
