建设孵化器推进油茶产业创新驱动发展的思考

科技企业孵化器是创新型国家建设的有生力量,也是获得产业竞争优势的有效工具。目前,科技企业孵化器已经作为孵化载体应用于国内外很多高新领域。我国作为油茶主产区,其油茶产业发展迅速,实现我国油茶产业持续健康发展,建设油茶科技企业孵化器意义重大。应通过把发展油茶科技企业孵化器提升到战略层面、引导孵化器的服务范围和功能向早期与后期两端延伸、探索建立孵化基金和持股孵化模式、积极利用外部资源、开展标准化研究与管理、组建油茶产业技术创新战略联盟、培养高素质人才队伍并出台激励性规制等策略推进油茶科技企业孵化器建设。

Technology Business Incubator （TBI） is an effective strength in building an innovative country, and it is also an efficient tool to obtain the industrial competitive advantage. At present, science and technology business incubator has been used in many high-tech fields at home and abroad as the incubation carrier. As the main producing area of camellia in China, camellia industry is developing rapidly, realizing the sustainable and healthy development. The construction of camellia science and technology business incubator is of great significance. The construction of science and technology business incubators by these methods should be strategically emphasized, such as ascending to the strategic level, guiding the incubator service range and function to the early and late on both ends of the extension, exploring to establish hatch funds and holding pattern, using external resources, to carry out the standardization and management, to form a differential industry technology innovation strategic alliance, and cultivating high quality talent team and incentive regulations.
