摘要
某超长桥梁由于管涵空间限制,无法安装常规尺寸的管道伸缩补偿器。介绍了其初期选用的抱箍夹片式温度补偿器的设计和实际使用存在的问题,并提出大补偿量的轴向型外压式波纹补偿器是一种较为合适的补偿器形式,给出了合理的设置方法以及安装要求,供同类工程参考。
Due to the Limitation space of the pipe culvert of a super-long bridge, the normal size pipe expansion compensator could not be installed. This paper introduced the design of the hoop clamp type temperature compensator, which was used in the beginning stage, and the problems in its application, and suggested that the large expansion axial external pressure compensator might be a proper compensator. The proper settling and installation method were brought forward which might be reference for similar projects.
