摘要
在研究利用单片机C8051F060实现对直流无刷电机的控制的基础上,进一步研究由单片机、电机及其驱动器组成的闭环系统即斩波器,用来控制电机按照给定的转速稳定旋转。编码器与电机同速旋转,用来测量电机转速。系统上电运行后,以设定初始转速为30 r/s为例,根据数码管、示波器及上位机的显示结果,编码器能够输出稳定的脉冲,电机转动速度的均值为30.004 5 r/s,符合既定要求。整个系统简单精确,为斩波器稳速系统的设计提供了1个有效而可靠的解决方案。
On the basis of research that the control of DC brushless motoris realized using signal-chip 8051F060,a closed-loop systemi.e.the chopper composed ofsignal-chip,motorand its driver is further researched to steady the motor speed according to the given speed of rotation.The encoder and the motor rotate at the same speed in order to measure the rotation result.Once power operated,to set the initial speed of 30r/s as an example,according to the re sults of the digital tube,the oscilloscope and the upper monitor,the encoder can output stable pulse,and the average rotation speed is 30.004 5r/s,which is in accordance with the established requirements.The whole system is simple and accurate,and provides an effective and reliable solution for the design of chopper speed regulation system.
