和肽素及硫化氢在慢性心力衰竭中的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 心力衰竭（心衰）是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心脏充盈或（和）射血能力受损而引起的临床综合征，是各种心脏疾病的终末期表现，致死率仅次于肿瘤。已明确神经内分泌因素参与心衰的发病，主要与线粒体损伤、基质重构等有关，B型利钠肽（BNP）作为肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统的天然拮抗剂，在心衰中的诊断价值已经得到公认，并已经广泛应用指导心衰治疗。
