摘要
本研究以进一步提高农作物播种精度,减小误差为主要研究目标,抛开传统的轮驱动排种的纯机械播种方式,介绍一种以单片机为控制核心,以步进电机驱动排种的小麦精播控制技术,主、从单片机间采用蓝牙无线传递方式,播种参数及状况由人机界面设定和实时显示、报警。该技术基于模糊控制理论,采用PID控制方式,提出对步进电机施以模糊控制的设计思想,并对二维模糊控制器采用SIMULINK进行仿真验证。结果证明,采用模糊PID控制步进电机,的确达到良好效果,能有效提高播种精确度和稳定性。
In order to further improve the accuracy of crop seeding and reduce the error, the research introduces a kind of wheat precise seeding control technology using MCU as the control core instead of the traditional wheel drive row sowing method driven by stepper motor. The signal between the main and auxiliary MCUs is transmitted by bluetooth wireless mode, and the seeding parameters and status are set and real time displayed and alarmed via man-machine interface. The proposed technology adopts PID control mode, choose the design idea of fuzzy control of stepper motor, and simulates the two-dimensional fuzzy controller by using Simulink. The results show that using fuzzy PID control of stepper motor can really achieve a good effect, and effectively improve the accuracy and stability of wheat seeding.
