我院药剂科探索中成药分类管理的实践与思考

Practice and thinking for proprietary Chinese medicine classification management in our hospital pharmacy department

目的为医院药剂科科学、规范管理中成药提供参考。方法将本院基本用药目录中225个中成药,按说明书中的处方组成分成传统方剂中成药与中西结合中成药两类,对其各自的管理主体(人员)、处方开具与调配作出具体的要求与规定。结果药剂科对中成药有了较为明确的管理规定和管理流程,临床医生电子处方中成药减少了不必要的麻烦,中成药处方得到了较为有效的审核。结论医院药剂科对中成药进行分类管理,可以规范中成药的管理工作,并能够提高药师对中成药处方适宜性的审核质量,有利于促进中成药的合理应用。但中成药的分类管理尚缺乏有力的科学依据,需要医药学界进一步进行研究与探索。

Objective To provide a reference for scientific, standardized management of proprietary Chinese medicine in Pharmacy Department. Methods Introduces our hospital classification management approach was a proprietary Chinese medicine pharmacy, pharmacy was analyzed and discussed the feasibility of the proprietary Chinese medicine classification management and existing problems. Results There was relatively clear provisions for the administration and management process for proprietary Chinese medicine, the electronic prescription proprietary Chinese medicine on the clinical doctors to reduce the unnecessary trouble, proprietary Chinese medicine prescription has been relatively effective audit. Conclusion Classification management can standardize management of proprietary Chinese medicine and improve the pharmacist for proprietary Chinese medicine prescription suitability of audit quality but still need further study and exploration.
