摘要
目的 分析客观结构化临床考试在护理教育中的应用现状.方法 在中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库中检索1996~2012年客观结构化临床考试的文献,进行文献分析.结果 共检出文献49篇,主要用于本科生毕业考试(22.45%)、单一课程考核(14.29%)、出科考核(14.29%)等方面.结论 客观结构化临床考试在我国护理教育领域尚处于起步阶段,其应用的有效性和应用范围有待进一步研究.
Objective To analyze the application of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in nursing education in China. Methods Papers about the application of OSCE were searched in CBMdisc,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database from 1996 to 2012. Results Forty-nine papers were retrieved which involved in nur- sing undergraduate graduation evaluation (22.45%), a single course evaluation (14.29%) and clinical practice (14.29%). Conclusion OSCE is still in its infancy in nursing field in China,and the validity and scope of its application needs further research.
