普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Pranoprofen Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on the Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

目的评价普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法选择白内障术后干眼症患者60例,分为A、B两组,A组普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗,B组单纯玻璃酸钠治疗,观察1个月后两组泪液分泌值和BUT有无差异。结果 A组治疗前后、B组治疗前后、AB组治疗后泪液分泌值和BUT均存在统计学显著差异(P<0.05)。结论普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症疗效显著。

Object Evaluate the clinical efifcacy of Pranoprofen combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on the dry eyes after cataract surgery. Methods Select 60 cases of dry eye patients those were diagnosed after cataract surgery and randomly divided them into A,B groups. Group A was treated by Pranoprofen combined Sodium Hyaluronate and group B was treated by only Sodium Hyaluronate. Observe the differences of Schirmer and BUT in two groups after a month. Results The Schirmer and BUT in group A before and after treatment,in group B before and after treatment and in group A,B after treatment exist statistically signiifcant difference （P＆lt;0.05）.
