摘要
随着竞争情报活动愈演愈烈,市场上对竞争情报人才的需求不断增加,对竞争情报人才的评价也显得越发重要。基于胜任力模型出发,分析了胜任力模型在竞争情报人才评价中的应用价值,构建了竞争情报人才评价指标体系和评价模型,提出企业如何培养竞争情报人才的对策建议,为竞争情报理论发展与实践工作提供决策参考。
With fiercer competitive intelligence activities, the demand of competition intelligence talent is growing on the market, and competition intelligence talent evaluation becomes more important. This article embarks from the competency model, analyzes the application value of competency model in competition intelligence talent evaluation, constructs the in- dex system and evaluation model of competition intelligence talent evaluation, and puts forward countermeasures and sug- gestions about competition intelligence talent cultivation, which provides decision - making reference for competition intelli- gence work in theory development and practice.
