摘要
抗生素的杀菌、抑菌作用在生物学上具有广泛的应用价值,为研究抗生素在植物组织培养中对污染的抑制效果,本文以月季为研究材料,通过在培养基中添加不同浓度的多菌灵和青霉素,观察并研究其抑制污染的效果。研究结果表明:培养基中添加一定浓度的青霉素,可以有效的抑制组培过程中的细菌生长,对真菌没有明显作用;培养基中添加一定浓度的多菌灵,可以有效的杀灭真菌,对细菌没有明显作用;同时添加一定浓度多菌灵和青霉素,可以明显减少细菌和真菌感染率,提高组培苗成活率,且当青霉素浓度为40mg/L、多菌灵浓度60mg/L的时候,细菌和真菌感染率均为0%,组培苗成活率最高,达到60%。
