摘要
研究西青果中抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性化学成分,采用高效液相色谱结合体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性筛选模型的方法,进行活性跟踪分离。从乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到2个活性化合物,经鉴定为5-羟甲基糠醛(IC50=2.67 mg/mL)和没食子酸甲酯(IC50=2.53 mg/mL)。其中5-羟甲基糠醛为首次从该植物中分离得到。
In order to recognize a-Glucosidase inhibitors from the fruits of T. Chebula Retz, the a-Glucosidase inhibitors were isolated and purified by the bioactivity-guide method in vitro combined with HPLC method which was used to analysis the inhibitory activity against to α-Glucosidase. Two compounds were obtained from the acetic ether extract and identified as 5-hydroxymethylfurfrual (IC60=2.67 mg/mL) and methyl gallate (IC50=2.53 mg/mL). Among them, 5-hydroxymethylfurfrual was isolated for the frist time from the seeds of Terminalia chebula Retz.
