摘要
为进一步分析汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)内部的两相流动,建立汽车制动系统二维简化模型,运用Fluent分别对单相制动液、制动液与空气、制动液与水流动情况进行仿真,并对结果进行分析。仿真结果表明:当制动系统内部为气液两相流流动时,制动压力的传递与分布都会受到影响;当制动液中存在空气时,其对制动压力的影响比制动液中存在水更为显著与明显。简要分析了上述计算结果产生的原因,该结果对研究汽车制动系统内部的两相流动、开发相应的ABS控制算法提供了参考。
Two-dimension model of braking system was established for a further discuss of two-phase flow in automotive anti-lock braking system (ABS). Fluent software was used to simulate flow distribution under circumstances of single-phase brake fluid, air in brake fluid and water in brake fluid. Results show that two-phase flow effects the brake pressure transmission and distribution, impact is greater when there is air in brake fluid. These results provide advice for two-phase flow in ABS and ABS control.
