摘要
针对重庆南川地区A/S 7.5以上选矿精矿进行溶出实验,研究了相关的工艺参数对溶出过程的影响。结果表明:在配料αk为1.45、溶出温度260℃、溶出时间80 min、CaO添加量为矿石量的6%、溶出碱浓度为220 g/L的最优条件下进行溶出实验,氧化铝的平均溶出率达到86%以上,相对溶出率达到99%以上。
Digestion test was conducted for the concentrate with A/S greater than 7.5 from the flotation of bauxite mineral in Chongqing, for investigating effects of related parameters on the digestion process. Results showed that the following optimum experimental conditions, that is, being digested at the temperature of 260℃ for 80 minutes, with αk of 1.45, addition of CaO accounting for 6% of the ore and Nk around 220 g/L, led to an average digestion rate of alumina above 86% and the relative digestion rate more than 99%.
