摘要
针对某已建煤制烯烃项目给排水系统的设计及运行情况进行调研分析,分析结果显示该项目给水系统设计基本符合"分级供水、分质供水"的原则,排水系统设计基本符合"清污分流、污污分流"的原则。同时针对存在的"少量高压生产水用户提高了整个生产给水系统压力"及"工艺装置内部分高浓度污水混入低浓度污水和污染雨水系统,对污水处理场运行产生冲击"等问题,提出了"少量高压生产水单独设置加压泵"和"装置内部分高浓度污水进一步分流和预处理"等优化建议。
The design and operation condition of the water supply and drainage system in a coal to olefin project were investigated and analyzed, the results showed that, the design of the water supply system and drainage system of the said project basically corresponded to the principles of water supply based on classifica- tion and quality'and split flow of clean water, dirty water and sewage with different characteristics respectively. Besides, in view of problems such as: the pressure of production water supply system enhanced by a few of high- pressure water users, low concentration sewage system and polluted rain water system interfused with high-con- centration sewage from the inside of the process unit, which had an impact on sewage treatment, and so on, some optimization suggestions including: setting up separate pressure pump for high-pressure production water users, strengthening the separation and pretreatment of high-concentration sewage from the unit inside, were proposed.
