边角煤综放开采技术与关键装备的研究应用 被引量:6

摘要 通过对边角煤产生原因与开采特点的分析和研究,提出边角煤工作面巷道布置基本原则与边角煤回采过程中随倾向长度增减工作面支护与运输设备的配套模式,同时针对边角煤开采特点研究设计了适应边角煤开采特点的综放液压支架,边角煤综放开采技术与关键装备的成功应用为类似条件矿井提供了良好的示范作用,也为条件较好矿区进行技术改进起到了推动与促进作用。 Through analysis and study of the causes and characteristics of boundary coal-pillars, the paper proposes the roadway layout principle for boundary coal-pillar working face and the matching model of support and transport equipment with increase or decrease of working face length in mining of boundary coal-pillars, and meanwhile, aiming at the mining characteristics of the boundary coal-pillars, the paper designs the adapted fully mechanized caving hydraulic support. The application of fully mechanized caving mining technology and key equipment for boundary coal-pillar not only offers good demonstration effect for the mines with similar conditions, but also plays the promoting role for technology improvement in the mines with better conditions.
