摘要 通过对羊毛电化学间接氧化处理使其溶解,探索了影响因素对羊毛溶解率的影响,得到了电流密度,NaCl浓度,温度均为重要的影响因素。对制取的羊毛角蛋白溶液进行分析,结果表明,电化学间接氧化溶解的羊毛相对分子质量较硫化钠溶解的羊毛小。粒度分析角蛋白溶液的胶粒单分散性好,平均粒径大小为458.8nm。电镜扫描观察羊毛溶解过程由外向内,以鳞片层剥落形式溶解。 Wool was dissolved with electrocatalytic indirect oxidation method. Various influencing factors on the solubility of the wool were analyzed. It shows that current density, sodium chloride concentration and temperature are all the important factors. The keratin solution was prepared under the optimal condition and the solution was analyzed. The results show that the molecular weight of the wool treated by electrochemical indirect oxidation method is smaller than that of the wool degraded by Na2S. Size a- nalysis indicate the good mon the scale layer was destroyed odispersity of colloidal in the keratin solution and the average particle size is 458.8nm. In addition, which show the degradation is from the outside of the wool to the inside.
