摘要
从陶瓷发展历史过程与相应社会发展需求说明复相陶瓷的研究是当前结构陶瓷发展的重要研究方向之一。简要介绍了复相陶瓷的组份设计的主要依据是物理化学性能上相互匹配,以及制备科学和工艺方案选择合理性。从近年来对复相材料的研究发展举出若干成功例子,其中以纳米级复合材料性能更佳,可能是发展高强高韧结构材料的一个主要方向。最后对复相陶瓷的强化增韧机理加以综述。
This paper briefly introduces the basis of composition design of multiphase cera mics according to physical and chemical compatibilites between different phases, and to pro-cessing science and suitable fabrication procedure selected. It points out that the proper-ties of several successful multiphase materials among them nanometer scale composite is the best, and it may be more attractive for high-strength, high-toughness material development in the near future. The possible toughening mechanism for multiphase ceramics is also reviewed.
