中国代工制造业向东南亚转移的驱动机制研究

A Research on Driving Mechanism of Chinese OEMS Manufacturing Industry Transfer to Southeast Asia

近年来,由于受国内外因素的影响,中国代工制造业发展陷入困境,向东南亚国家进行产业转移是可行途径之一。阐述我国代工制造业向东南亚转移的现状,发现存在跨国公司从中国转向东南亚国家和中国制造业转移到东南亚国家两种类型,并研析了中国代工制造业向东南亚国家转移的驱动因素,主要包括:中国国内要素价格上涨后低成本优势减弱、东南亚国家经济的崛起、发达国家实施"再工业化"战略三个方面,并提出了中国代工制造业向东南亚转移后采取GVC和NVC双向嵌入结合的路径或模式。

In recent years, Chinese manufacturing OEMs have been in a serious situation due to domestic and international im- pacts, transfering to Southeast Asian countries is feasible way. Based on analysis of the status quo of Chinese OEMs transfer, this article finds that there are two ways that multinational companies shifting from China to Southeast Asian countries and Chi- nese manufacturing transferring to Southeast Asian countries. Then it ayalses the driving reasons including Chinese price advan- tage breaks, Southeast Asia＇ s rapid economic boom, re - industrialization strategy of developed countries. Finally, we propose a path of bidirectional embeddedness of both GVC and NVC for Chinese OEMs manufacturing.
