肺外表现为首发症状的肺癌80例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 80 Lung Cancer Patients who's First Symptom were in Extrapulmonary

目的探讨以肺外症状为首发的肺癌临床特点,提高肺癌临床诊疗水平,减少其误诊和漏诊。方法回顾性分析1994年1月至2012年12月间我院收治的以肺外表现为首发症状的80例肺癌患者资料,分析本组肺癌患者的临床特点和误诊原因。结果本组80例以肺外表现为首发症状的肺癌患者,有35例首次诊断为其它疾病,误诊率达43.75%,其中误诊为结核性胸膜炎10例,颅内肿瘤6例,原发性肝癌3例,腰椎疾病2例,静脉血栓形成4例,骨肿瘤5例等。结论以肺外表现为首发的肺癌易误诊为其他系统疾病,导致治疗延误,应引起重视。

Objective To investigate the extrapulmonary symptoms as the first clinical characteristics of lung cancer, improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 1994 to December 2012 in our hospital with extrapulmonary the first symptoms 80 cases of patients with lung cancer, the analysis of this group of patients with lung cancer clinical characteristics and misdiagnosis reasons. Results 80 cases of extrapulmonary performance as the first symptom of patients with lung cancer, for the first time in 35 cases diagnosed as other diseases, the misdiagnosis rate was 43. 75%, among them, 10 cases were misdiagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy, 6 cases of intracranial tumor, 3 cases of primary liver cancer, 2 cases of lumbar disease, venous thrombosis in 4 cases, 5 cases of bone tumor and so on. Conclusion Lung cancer palients who’s first symtom were in extrapulmonary are easily misdiagnosed as other diseases, lead to delay treatment, should be taken into consideration.
