摘要
目的:探讨绩效考核评价体系在公立医院经营管理中的应用价值。方法选取30所公立医院,自2011年1月~2013年12月均采取绩效考核评价系统为其经营管理手段,获取医护工作者的综合素质水平及医院的整体效益。结果公立医院通过运用绩效考核评价系统经营管理,医护工作者的综合素质水平较之前提高30%;医院的整体效益上升45%。结论公立医院经营管理中采用绩效考核评价系统,能显著提高医护工作者的综合素质水平及医院的整体效益,改善公立医院的医疗服务水平,为国家医疗卫生事业的进步产生了重大的推动作用。
Objective To explore the value of the performance appraisal system in the management of public hospi -tals.Methods The 30 public hospitals from January 2011-December 2013 were selected and taken their performance appraisal systems management tools , access to the overall effectiveness of the overall quality level of health care workers and hospitals.Results The overall quality level of health care workers increased by 30% and overall efficiency of the hospital increased by 45% through the use of performance appraisal management.Conclusions The public hospital management performance evaluation system can significantly improve the quality level and overall efficiency of public hos -pitals.of health care and medical services in public hospitals.It also can improve the medical services of public hospitals and have an major boost effect for the country′s medical progress.
