摘要
踝关节是人体重要的负重关节,踝关节外侧韧带损伤是最常见的运动损伤之一.踝关节外侧韧带损伤程度的概念是不确定的,一般认为损伤程度可分为几个等级,是离散论域,然而损伤程度的论域本质上应该是连续的,因为损伤程度的综合度量只能是渐变的,不应该是严格划分或跳跃式间断的离散点列.提出损伤程度变量的模糊随机预测模型,可较准确的计算出人体长时间运动状态下踝关节外侧韧带损伤可能发生的最大程度的预估区间,为研究踝关节外侧韧带损伤机制提供理论依据.
Concept of injury degree of lateral ligament of ankle joint is uncertain, injury degree includes several grades commonly, which is discrete discourse domain, but, discourse domain of injury degree should be continuous essentially, because the integrated metric of injury degree can be only gradual change, it should not be strict division or jumping dis- continuous discrete point range. The fuzzy stochastic prediction model of variable of injury degree can accurately calculate the estimation interval of maximum injury degree of the lateral ligament of ankle joint for long time movement, the research can provide theoretic evidence for the mechanism of lateral ligament iniurv of ankle joint.
