长江上游水库群生态调度需求分析与研究现状

Requirement Analysis and Research Status of Reservoir Ecological Dispatch in Upper Reaches of Yangtze River

为了促进长江流域大型水库群防洪、兴利与生态环境保护的统筹协调,针对目前长江上游水库群建设运行现状,总结了水库群建设对水环境和水生态造成的影响,分析了生态环境保护对水库实施生态调度的客观需求;并对国内外关于水库生态调度需求、调度目标、研究方法、试验示范现状进行了综述,提出了长江上游水库群生态调度研究的方向。

In order to promote the coordination of flood control, benefit achievement and ecological environment protection of reservoirs in Yangtze River, the construction and operation situation of reservoirs are studied, the impacts of reservoirs construction on water environment and water ecology are summarized, and the practical demands on reservoir ecological dispatching are analyzed. The demands, objectives, research methods and experimental demonstration of ecological operation at home and abroad are studied and the research directions of reservoir ecological operation in the upper reaches of Yangtze River are also proposed.
