摘要
介绍了以高炉炼铁烟尘为原料回收锌的冶炼工艺。采用回转窑火法富集得到含锌、铟、镉等的高氯氧化锌挥发尘,再采用常规湿法工艺,通过碱洗、浸出、净化、电积、熔铸等工序得到产品锌锭,使锌的回收率达到95%以上。通过后续工序,还可回收铟、镉、锗等有价金属。该工艺已成功用于工业实践,取得了良好的经济效益,市场前景十分广阔。
The melting process of zinc recovery with BF fume as raw material is introduced. Rotary kilnfiring method was adopted to get high zinc oxychloride volatile dust containing zinc, indium and cadmiumand normal wet method process, to get the product of zinc by processes of alkaline cleaning, leaching,purifying, electro-depositing and casting. Zinc recovery rate reached over 95%. Valuable metals such asindium, cadmium and germanium were recovered with subsequent process as well. Successfully appliedto industrial practice, this process gained good economic effect and had vast market prospects.
