摘要
福州海峡奥体中心体育场东、西上层看台下方共68根V形柱,V形柱通过柱顶看台斜梁和劲性环梁连接成整体,作为看台和钢罩棚的支撑系统。V形柱截面大、高度高、倾角变化多,测量定位复杂,模板支撑架为超高、超重体系,架体搭设难度高,钢筋密、高空作业、绑扎难,混凝土浇筑密实度难以控制。针对施工难点,通过方案比选,深化设计,形成了一套关于V形柱的测量控制、模架支设、钢筋安装、混凝土浇筑等完整的施工工艺。
The Strait Olympic Sports Center Stadium of Fuzhou has 68 V-shape columns below the upper east and west stand. The V-shape columns are connected with the inclined beams and steel ring beams into a whole structure as the support system for stand and steel awning. The V-shape column' s measuring and location is complex because of large section, big height and much variation of the inclined angle. The formwork support of the columns is super-high and super-heavy system to be difficult for setting. Because the dense reinforcement is constructed in high-sky, it is difficult for binding the steel bar, the density of concrete pouring is difficult to be controlled. According to these construction difficulties, through scheme selection and design development, it formed a set of complete construction process of V-shape column, which composes of measurement control, formwork erection, steel bar installation and concrete pouring.
