中西医结合在治疗子宫内膜异位症上的应用价值研究

Clinical Application Research of Integrative Treatment for Endometriosis

目的:探讨中西医结合在治疗子宫内膜异位症上的临床应用价值,评价其临床疗效。方法:180例子宫内膜异位症患者按数字表法随机分为3组,每组60例。其中,对照组1单纯口服孕三烯酮进行治疗;对照组2单纯采用活血化瘀中药进行治疗;而观察组则在口服西药治疗的基础上,联合活血化瘀中药进行治疗。治疗后,比较3组患者的临床总有效率以及不良反应发生率的差异,并统计随访2年后,各组患者的复发率以及妊娠率的差异,评价临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.67%、83.33%;而不良反应发生率为15.00%,则明显低于对照组的31.67%、21.67%;并且,随访2年后,观察组的复发率为6.67%,妊娠率为74.51%,而对照组的复发率则为21.67%、18.33%,妊娠率为48.94%、55.10%,可见观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,数据分析发现其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合应用于子宫内膜异位症的治疗上,可明显提高疗效,减少不良反应,降低复发率,对于本病的治疗有着非常积极的意义,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of integrative treatment for endometriosis. To evaluate the clini- cal value of integrative medicine. Methods： 180 patients of endometriosisfrom were randomly divided into three groups 60 cases in each group based on the method of number table. Among them, the control group one was only treated with west- ern medicine such as gestrinone. The control grouptwo was only treated with Chinese medicine such as the blood circula- tion medicine while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine of blood circulation based on the treatment of gestrinone. After treatment, the differences of the clinical total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. After 2 years follow - up, the differences of the recurrence rate and pregnancy rates of patients in each group were observed. The clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% ,significantly higher than 81.67% and 83.33% of the control groups. And the adverse reaction rate was 15.00% ,significantly lower than31.67% and 21.67% of the control groups. What＇ s more,after 2 years follow - up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.67% and the pregnancy rate was 74.51%. While the recurrence rate of the control groups were 21.67% and 18.33% and the pregnancy rates were 48.94% and 55.10%. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group and they had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Integrative medicine used in the treatment of endometriosis can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects and reduce the relapse rate. It has a very positive meaning for the treatment of this disease which is worthy of use in clinical practice.
