应用结合方法求解三维胸腔电流场逆问题 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种应用结合有限元和边界元的方法求解三维胸腔电流场逆问题。推导了描叙人类心电场的有限元模型和边界元模型 ,以及两者结合的形式 ,并在一个包含各向异性导电性肌肉层的三维人体胸腔模型下进行了心电场逆问题计算。建立了一个包括人体骨骼肌准确的纤维方向的人体胸模型 。 In this paper, a numerical method for a three dimensional human torso has been presented. Using this method, the torso part including anisotropic muscle layers has been discretized by means of the finite element method (FEM). The rest of torso have been divided into the surface elements by the boundary element method (BEM). In terms of this method and the torso model the inverse problem of the electrocar diogram (ECG) has been calculated according to the measured body surface potentials.
