摘要
目的了解地方高校青年教师的职业忠诚状况,并初步探讨影响其职业忠诚的因素。方法采用高校青年教师职业忠诚问卷、大学教师工作压力问卷、教师基本情况问卷对289名地方高校青年教师进行测评。结果①地方高校青年教师总体上有着良好的职业忠诚状况,有93.8%的被试至少1个因子得分超过3分,并受其教龄、职称(t=3.095,F=2.539;P<0.01)的影响;②地方高校青年教师的工作压力对其职业忠诚有预测作用(F=61.41,P<0.01)。结论地方高校青年教师职业忠诚良好但并不稳定,并与其教龄、职称和工作压力相关。
Objective To understand the states of professional loyalty of young teachers in local universities and its related factors. Methods The professional loyalty scale and scale of Working Pressure were used to evaluate 289 young teachers in local universities. Results (1) Young teachers in local colleges generally had good professional loyalty status ,93.8% of the participants were more than 3 points at least one factor score, and it was influenced by its seniority, professional titles ( t = 3. 095, F = 2. 539 ; P 〈 0.01 ). (2) The working pressure could be used to predict professional loyalty of young teachers in local universities ( F = 61.41 ;P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Young teachers in local colleges generally have a good but unstable professional loyalty status, and it has highly relevant of its seniority and pro- fessional titles.
