摘要
通过对金属带式无级变速器的核心部件钢环组进行力学分析 ,对其静态和传动状态建立了钢环组的力学模型 ,得出了应力分布规律 ;引入了予应力概念 ,使各层钢环均载 ,得到了钢环在传动过程中不同速比下每个运动循环周期内的应力变化规律 ;并通过测量钢环组最外层钢环的应力变化验证了这一规律·
Mechanical analysis of steel ring group, that is the key part of CVT, was made. The mechanical models of steel ring group at static state and driving state were set. The law of the stress distribution was got. An idea about prestressing force was adopted, so that the loads of each ring can be well distributed. The stress variation regularity of steel ring at different speed ratios in a circulate period during transmission was obtained. This regularity was verified by measuring the stress variation of the outermost ring of steel ring group.
