摘要
对文昌油田海底管线的固体蜡样组成进行分析,通过筛选得到一种停产油基型清蜡剂体系及配方:98%主清蜡剂(环己烷、二甲苯体积比为1:1)加2%表面活性剂(十二胺、JFC、SPAN60质量比为2:3:1),并对清蜡剂体系的清蜡效果进行了评价。实验结果表明,油基型清蜡剂体系的清蜡效率可达80%。最后根据实验结果,对停产清蜡机理进行初步探讨。
According to the composition analysis of solid wax sample from Wenchang oilfield subsea pipeline,an oil-based paraffin removal agent system was obtained.The compositions of the system were main paraffin remover of 98%volume(the volume ratio of cyclohexane/xylene was 1:1) and surfactant of 2%volume(the mass ratio of lauryl amine:JFC:SPAN60 was 2:3:1).Then the effects of paraffin removal agent system were evaluated.The experimental results showed that the efficiency of the paraffin removal agent system could reach to 80%.Finally the preliminary discussion on paraffin removal mechanism was carried out.
