摘要
作为人类天然屏障的皮肤不仅可以抵抗外来有害物的侵袭，而且对于某些疾病的预防和治疗也都有重要的研究意义。因此本文主要从皮肤中的重要组成物质脂质成分入手，介绍了皮肤脂质的来源和主要组成成分；并对这些成分赋予皮肤的重要功能做了简要描述。同时简述了一种分析鉴定皮肤脂质组成成分的新方法－DART—MS。
