摘要
目的:目的:探讨消脂汤对高脂高糖高胆固醇饮食诱导的高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用。方法:用高脂高糖高胆固醇饲料饲养大鼠制备高脂血症模型,造模结束后取目内眦血测定血脂水平评价模型是否成功。成模动物分成中药组(高、中、低剂量组)、阳性对照组和模型组,中药组和阳性对照组分别给予消脂汤高、中、低剂量和立普妥灌胃治疗30d,同时给予高脂饲料喂养。测定各组实验大鼠血清TG、TC、HDL-TC、LDL-TC含量;取肝脏对其脂肪变性程度进行积分。结果:与模型组比较,中药高剂量组、阳性对照组血清TC水平有显著降低(P<0.01),中药高、中剂量组和阳性对照组血清LDL-TC水平有显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:高脂高糖高胆固醇饮食能成功制备高脂血症模型;消脂汤能有效降低血脂。
Objective :To investigate the antihyperlipidemic effect of Xiaozhi decoction in rats with hyperlipidemia induced by high - fat, highsugar, and high -cholesterol diet. Methods:Rats were treated with high -fat, high -sugar, and high -cholesterol feed to establish a hyperlipidemia model. Blood was taken from the inner canthus. Blood lipid levels were measured to evaluate whether the model was successfully established. Model rats were divided into high - , middle - , and low - dose traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) groups, positive control group, and model group. The high- , middle- , and low- dose TCM groups and positive control group received high - , middle - , and low - dose Xiaozhi decoction and Lipitor, respectively, by gavage for 50 d ; meanwhile, high - fat feed was given to the rats. Serum levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol ( TC ), HDL - TC, and low - density lipoprotein/total cholesterol ( LDL - TC ) were determined. The liver was taken, and the degree of fatty degeneration was evaluated based on scores. Results:Compared with the model group, the high - dose TCM group and positive control group had significantly reduced serum TC levels (P 〈 0. 01 ), and the high - and middle - dose TCM groups and positive control group had significantly reduced serum LDL - TC levels (P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion :High- fat, high -sugar, and high -cholesterol diet can be used to establish a hyperlipidemia model. Xiaozhi decoction can effectively reduce blood lipids.
