摘要
运用Logistic、Gompertz、von Bertalanffy多项式4种生长模型分别对皖西白鹅、豁眼鹅、狮头鹅0~13周龄生长曲线进行拟合和比较分析。结果表明:4种模型均能较好地拟合各个鹅种的生长曲线(R2〉0.99),同时进行适合性X。检验,发现皖西白鹅和豁眼鹅Gompertz模型拟合效果最好(X2〈X^2_0.05=22.36,df=13),狮头鹅4种生长模型拟合效果都不理想。总体来说Gompertz模型拟合鹅生长曲线效果较好。利用最优拟合模型进一步分析模型拟合参数,豁眼鹅即小型鹅最早到达生长拐点,狮头鹅即大型鹅最晚到达生长拐点。
In this study, the growth curves of wanxi white goose, Huoyan goose and shitou goosefrom 0 to 13 weeks old were analyzed and four nonlinear curves of Logistic, Von bertalanffy, gompertz and multinomial model were used to fit the growth curve. The results showed that the growth curves were appropriately fitted with four models (R2〉 0. 99). and Chi-square test indicated that the gompertz model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of Wanxi White goose and Huoyan goose(xR〈x20.05=22. 36, df=13). Conversely, the effect of four models for shitou goose was not ideal. In general, the gompertz model was better in fitting with the growth curves in goose. Analyzing the fitting parameters of the best model, we found growth inflexion of Huoyan goose(Small goose) was the earliest, while shitou goose(Large goose) was the latest.
