失匹配负波的相关研究及临床应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 事件相关电位(ERPs)是指与一定心理活动(即事件)相关联的脑电位变化,反映了认知过程中大脑的神经电生理的改变。目前已提取出的成分有P300、N270、N400、失匹配负波(MMN)、关联性负变(CNV)等。其中MMN是一种内源性事件相关电位成分,反映大脑对信息的自动加工过程,以无需受试者主动参与的特点越来越广泛应用于临床及科研,也是ERPs的研究热点。
