创意设计产业与城市发展的交互耦合性探析——以江苏省盐城市为例

Coupling of the Creative Industry and City Development: Taking Yancheng City Jiangsu Province as an Example

该文以盐城市为案例,通过利用文化,人力,技术,环境和政策等资源要素来分析创意设计产业与城市发展的交互耦合性,指出二者之间既具有导向又存在约束的关系,强调了创意设计产业在整个经济发展产业链中的前端引擎作用,突出强调对产业经济对接融合的提升作用,在此基础上提出促进创意设计产业与城市发展互动,互融与互促的相关对策,并对于如何解决城市发展与设计产业存在的一些基本问题,探寻了统一路径,指出在加大政策扶持力度的同时创造和强化合作网络关系,并建立完善的服务体系和宽松的融资环境。

Through the use of culture, human, technology, environment and policy, we analyze the resources elements such as creative design industry and urban development of the interactive coupling. Taking Yancheng city as a case, we point out the role with each other guidance and constraints between them, and emphasize the creative design industry in the development of the economy as a whole industrial chain in the front engine, we also highlight the role to the promotion of industrial economic butt fusion, on the basis of the interaction, we put forward how to promote creative design industry and urban development in harmony with the mutually promote the related countermeasure. How to solve some basic problems of the urban development and design industry, we explore the path of a unified, and point out that in intensify policy support and network, to create and strengthen cooperation and establish perfect service system and establish a loose financing environment.
