补肾活血颗粒治疗帕金森病抑郁临床研究

Bushen Huoxue Granule( BSHXG) for clinical studies of Parkinson's disease with depression

目的观察补肾活血颗粒治疗帕金森病抑郁的临床疗效。方法采用随机、双盲、对照试验方案,将65例帕金森病抑郁患者随机分为治疗组(补肾活血颗粒组)35例和对照组30例,治疗组服用补肾活血颗粒加西药多巴丝肼片,对照组服用中药安慰剂加西药多巴丝肼片。疗程为6个月。观察治疗第3、6月时2两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)积分变化。结果两组HAMD评分在治疗3个月时与治疗前比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)、治疗组(14.22±4.51)与对照组(14.20±4.26)之间评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月时治疗组HAMD评分(8.17±4.24)与治疗前(14.71±4.47)比明显下降有统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组(15.13±4.39)与治疗前(14.53±4.31)比无统计学意义异(P>0.05),两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组UPDRS评分在治疗3个月、6个月与治疗前UPDRS评分比较均下降,有统计学意义(P<0.01)、但在3个月时两组之间评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在6个月时两组之间评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血颗粒可改善帕金森病抑郁状态。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Granule（ BSHXG） in treating Parkinson’s disease with depression （ PD-D） . Methods A randomized ,double-blind , controlled trial program was conducted. 65 patients of PD-D were randomly divided into treatment group（ BSHX parti-cle group, n=35） and control group （n=30）. The control group was treated with western medicine and placebo, while the BSHXG group was treated with BSHXG and western medicine. All patients were treated for 6 months . Hamilton depression scale （ HAMD ） and Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale （ UP-DRS） for all patients were measured in the 3rd and 6th months post-treatment. Results HAMD scores in the two groups before treatment and 3 months of treatment showed no significant difference （P〉 0. 05）, no significant difference in the treatment group（14. 22 ± 4. 51）and control group（14. 20 ± 4. 26）（P〉0. 05）;in the 6th month, the HAMD score of treatment group （8. 17 ± 4. 24）decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment（14. 71 ± 4. 47）, there was statistical significance（P0. 05）, the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant （ P0. 05）, but in the 6th month when the score between the two groups were significantly different （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Bushen Huoxue Granule（BSHXG） can effectively improve Parkinson’s disease with＆nbsp;depression （ PD-D） .
