净化剂在铸铁短流程工艺中的应用研究

摘要 净化技术是铸铁短流程熔炼工艺的难题之一.文章采用稀土精矿、氧化钙、铝土矿和焦炭粉为净化剂的方法,研究了净化处理和静置时间对铁水质量的影响,探讨了净化剂的净化机理,分析了净化处理与孕育的综合强化效果.结果表明:净化剂能降低铁水粘度和表面张力,使夹杂物与金属液分离,得到纯净度较高的铁水;净化静置时间控制在10~15 min,可以最大限度地发挥净化剂的净化作用;净化剂能降低铁水的过冷度,具有一定孕育功能,并与孕育处理形成综合强化效果. In order to solve the technical problem of short process of high strength cast iron, the effects of purification treatment and holding time on the quality of molten iron were studied by the method of rare earth ore concentrate, calcium oxide, bauxite and the char powder for the purification agent, the mechanism of purification by purification agent was discussed, and the strengthening effect between purification treatment and inoculation was analyzed. The experimental results show that the purifying agent can reduce the viscosity and surface tension of molten iron, separate the inclusions from the molten metal, obtaining high purity molten iron. When the purifying incubation time is controled in 10 to 15 minutes, the role of cleaning agent can be maximized. Purifying agent can reduce the degree of super-cooling of molten iron, has certain breeds function, and forms a comprehensive strengthening effect together with inoculation
